90-Day Workmanship Support

PetOn includes 90-day workmanship support for eligible custom wool felt commissions. The warranty begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier or on the date the customer receives the piece when carrier tracking is unavailable.

Covered Issues

Eligible workmanship issues may include a loosened attachment, frame or backing failure, structural separation, or other studio-made construction issue that appears during normal indoor display.

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal fiber fuzz, expected handmade variation, color differences caused by lighting or screens, customer-requested changes after approval, accidental damage, rough handling, moisture, heat, smoke, pets, children, outdoor exposure, cleaning products, or shipping issues reported outside the shipping policy window.

How To Make A Claim

Contact support with the order number, delivery date, a short description, and clear photos of the full piece and affected area. PetOn may ask for additional photos before deciding the best resolution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, PetOn may offer repair guidance, a studio repair, replacement of a component, partial credit, or another reasonable resolution. Some repairs may require the customer to ship the piece back before work can begin.

Care Requirement

Warranty support depends on the piece being handled and displayed according to the materials and care page.
