Acceptance
By using PetOn.com, creating an account, submitting reference photos, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this site.
PetOn Service
PetOn.com provides custom wool felt portraits, miniatures, wall pieces, and small keepsakes made from customer-provided pet photos and commission notes. Each piece is handmade, so natural differences in fiber texture, expression, scale, color interpretation, and pose are part of the service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, pet, and payment information. Customers must also provide reference photos they have the right to use and must not submit content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, or safety.
Commission Workflow
The normal PetOn workflow is:
- Choose a product and submit pet details.
- Pay the required deposit or full amount.
- Upload clear reference photos.
- Wait for artist photo review.
- Respond to any request for more photos.
- Review final preview photos when provided.
- Pay any balance due before shipping.
- Receive tracking and care guidance.
Production timing starts only after the required payment and usable photo references are received. If more photos are needed, the timeline may pause until the customer responds.
Payments
Some products may support deposit payment, full payment, or balance payment after preview approval. Prices may vary by product, size, pet count, options, rush availability, shipping destination, tax, and approved adjustments. PetOn.com does not store full card numbers.
Preview Approval
Preview photos allow customers to review the finished or near-finished commission before shipping. Allowed adjustments depend on product type, production stage, and whether the request is practical for wool felt work. Requests that change the original product, pet count, pose, size, or source concept may require a new quote.
Intellectual Property
Customers keep ownership of their pet photos and personal commission notes. PetOn.com owns the original studio process, product photography, site design, copy, artwork presentation, and other PetOn materials. Customers may use photos of their finished commission for personal sharing unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations, Refunds, Shipping, And Warranty
Custom work is governed by the refund, shipping, materials and care, limitations, and warranty pages linked from the site footer. Those pages explain cancellation windows, non-refundable production stages, shipping responsibilities, care expectations, and workmanship support.
Account Access
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials safe. PetOn.com may suspend access if an account is used for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, policy violation, or security risk.
Availability
Commission slots are limited. PetOn.com may close ordering, place customers on a waitlist, decline a commission, adjust timelines, or stop offering a product when capacity, materials, artist availability, or safety concerns require it.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetOn.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or purchase of a commission.

We may update these terms as the PetOn service changes. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
